The mission of the D.A.D. shall be as follows:
- to promote educational, economic, and social interests of deaf and hard of
hearing people,
- to protect legal rights and privileges of deaf and hard of hearing people,
and
- to increase awareness and understanding of deaf and hard of hearing people
and Deaf culture.
