REHOBOTH BEACH, Del – Wednesday was the day 22 mostly high school age students from the American Sign Language Summer Camp got their day at the beach. They spent approximately an hour on the sand and in the ocean. Later it was dinner at Grotto Pizza followed by time on the boardwalk.
“For some kids its their first time (at the beach) and it is just a great experience to get together,” Mary Hicks, a bilingual specialist with the camp, explained.
