I, State Representative Ed Osienski (District 24), asked our communication team to create a Google Survey on Open Caption Movies in Delaware Theaters. I am providing it to you all for distribution to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and beyond, in whatever form you choose to achieve the best participation. I will monitor the responses and provide updates on the volume of participation.

DAD Note: This survey may help push for Opened Captioning movies in theaters, instead of using devices for captioning. A law requiring open captioned films may come up later on so please complete the survey ASAP.
